3. Hosting, Server-Protokolle und VerschlüsselungHosting, server logs and encryption

Beide Websites liegen bei der Profihost AG in Hannover (Deutschland), die für uns als Auftragsverarbeiter tätig ist (Art. 28 DSGVO). Bei jedem Aufruf verarbeitet der Webserver technisch notwendige Verbindungsdaten: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Adresse, übertragene Datenmenge, Statuscode, Browser-Kennung und ggf. die zuvor besuchte Seite. Zweck ist die sichere und stabile Auslieferung der Seiten und die Abwehr von Angriffen; Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren Betrieb). Die Server-Protokolle werden vom Hoster nach kurzer Zeit automatisch gelöscht; wir werten sie nicht zu anderen Zwecken aus.Both websites are hosted by Profihost AG in Hanover (Germany), which acts as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). With every request the web server processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, status code, browser identifier and, where applicable, the previously visited page. 5. Anfrageformular, Rückruf, E-Mail und TelefonEnquiry form, call-back, e-mail and phone

Wenn Sie das Anfrageformular auf agricoin.de absenden, verarbeiten wir Ihre Angaben (Anliegen, Name, Betrieb bzw. Firma, E-Mail-Adresse, freiwillig Telefonnummer, Land, Postleitzahl, Fläche in Hektar, Betriebsart, gewünschtes Paket, Gutschein-Code und Ihre Nachricht) sowie Zeitpunkt, gewählte Sprache und eine gekürzte IP-Adresse (die letzten Stellen werden entfernt). Beim Kurzformular „Nur Rückruf“ verarbeiten wir nur Name, Telefonnummer, Fläche und Ihre Zustimmung zum Rückruf. Nennen Sie uns Nachbarbetriebe für eine gemeinsame Probenahme, verwenden wir diese Angaben nur zur Planung des Termins und löschen sie mit Ihrer Anfrage.If you submit the enquiry form on agricoin.de, we process your details (topic, name, farm or company, e-mail address, optionally phone number, country, postcode, area in hectares, farm type, requested package, voucher code and your message) together with the time, the selected language and a shortened IP address (the last digits are removed). With the short form “Just a call back” we only process your name, phone number, area and your agreement to be called. If you name neighbouring farms for joint sampling, we use this information only to plan the appointment and delete it together with your request.

Zum Schutz vor Missbrauch (Spam, Überlastung) speichert der Server eine nicht umkehrbare Prüfsumme Ihrer IP-Adresse mit dem Zeitpunkt für höchstens 48 Stunden (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Angabe von Name und Kontaktweg ist nötig, damit wir antworten können; alles Weitere ist freiwillig.The purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request), for general enquiries Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering). Our server sends the enquiry as an e-mail to info@tgo.ag and sends you an automatic confirmation of receipt (without your details). For handling, the server keeps a brief record (time, type of request, name, farm/company, e-mail, phone, area where given, processing status – without your message), protected outside the website and visible only to tgo AG; it is deleted automatically no later than 24 months after receipt. To prevent abuse (spam, overload) the server stores an irreversible checksum of your IP address with the time for no longer than 48 hours (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your name and a way to contact you are required so that we can reply; everything else is voluntary.

Wenn Sie uns per E-Mail oder Telefon kontaktieren, verarbeiten wir Ihre Angaben ebenso zur Beantwortung. Anfragen, aus denen kein Vertrag wird, löschen wir spätestens 12 Monate nach dem letzten Kontakt; Vertrags- und Rechnungsunterlagen bewahren wir für die gesetzlichen Fristen auf (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO: 6 bzw. 8 bis 10 Jahre; Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO). Eine Weitergabe an Dritte findet nur statt, wenn es für die Erfüllung nötig ist (z. Für die Hof-App ist ein Konto nötig; im Spiel und in der alten App ist es freiwillig. Wir speichern Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Ihr Passwort nur als nicht umkehrbaren Hash, optional Ihren Namen, den Zeitpunkt der Registrierung, ob Ihre E-Mail-Adresse bestätigt ist, und – wenn Sie in der Liga mitspielen – Ihren Spitznamen. Zweck ist die Bereitstellung Ihres Kontos und die geräteübergreifende Speicherung Ihrer Daten; Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Nutzungsvertrag nach unseren Nutzungsbedingungen). Wir senden Ihnen nur die für das Konto nötigen E-Mails (Bestätigung der Adresse, Passwort zurücksetzen) – keinen Newsletter und keine Werbung. Bei der Kontoanlage speichern wir außerdem, welche Fassung der Nutzungsbedingungen Sie wann angenommen haben (Nachweis des Vertragsschlusses, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO).An account is required for the farm app; in the game and the old app it is optional. We store your e-mail address, your password only as a non-reversible hash, optionally your name, the time of registration, whether your e-mail address has been confirmed and – if you take part in the league – your nickname. The purpose is to provide your account and to store your data across devices; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (user agreement under our terms of use). We only send you e-mails required for the account (address confirmation, password reset) – no newsletter and no advertising. When you create the account we also store which version of the terms of use you accepted and when (proof of the agreement, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Zum Schutz vor Missbrauch speichern wir fehlgeschlagene Anmelde- und Registrierungsversuche nur als pseudonymisierten Prüfwert (mit einem geheimen Schlüssel aus E-Mail-Adresse bzw. IP-Adresse berechnet) und Zeitpunkt für höchstens 24 Stunden; Links zum Zurücksetzen des Passworts gelten eine Stunde (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Konten, deren E-Mail-Adresse nie bestätigt wurde und zu denen keinerlei Daten gespeichert sind, löschen wir automatisch 30 Tage nach der Anlage. Sie können Ihre Hofdaten und Ihren Spielstand jederzeit selbst auf Null setzen, alle Daten als Datei exportieren und Ihr Konto in der App vollständig löschen.To prevent abuse we store failed login and registration attempts only as a pseudonymised check value (calculated with a secret key from the e-mail address or IP address) and time, for no longer than 24 hours; password reset links are valid for one hour (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Accounts whose e-mail address was never confirmed and for which no data at all is stored are deleted automatically 30 days after creation. You can reset your farm data and game progress to zero yourself at any time, export all data as a file and delete your account completely in the app.

7. Hofdaten in der Hof-App und Zugriff der tgo AGFarm data in the farm app and access by tgo AG

In der Hof-App speichern wir die Angaben, die Sie selbst eintragen oder einlesen: z. B. Betriebsart, Flächen und ihre Lage (auch Feldgrenzen), Kulturen, Tiere, Dünger, Diesel, Maßnahmen, Messwerte wie Humusgehalte, Ihre Pläne für Folgejahre sowie Ihren Hof-Pass aus dem Spiel. Zweck ist, Ihnen die Auswertungen der App anzuzeigen und die Daten für Sie aufzubewahren (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Bei Einzelunternehmern und Familienbetrieben können solche Betriebsdaten personenbezogen sein; wir behandeln sie deshalb insgesamt mit derselben Sorgfalt.In the farm app we store the information you enter or import yourself: e.g. farm type, fields and their location (including field boundaries), crops, livestock, fertiliser, diesel, measures, measured values such as humus contents, your plans for coming years and your farm pass from the game. The purpose is to show you the app’s evaluations and to keep the data for you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For sole traders and family farms such business data can be personal data; we therefore treat all of it with the same care.

Beschäftigte der tgo AG sehen für den Betrieb der Plattform nur Kontodaten (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Anlage- und Änderungsdatum, ob Hofdaten vorhanden sind) und zusammengefasste Kennzahlen ohne Bezug zu einzelnen Höfen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO: Betrieb, Missbrauchsschutz, Weiterentwicklung). Ihre Hofdaten selbst sehen sie nur, wenn Sie in der App „Hilfe durch die tgo AG“ einschalten (Standard: aus; jederzeit wieder ausschaltbar). Der Zugang zum internen Leitstand ist durch Passwort und einen zweiten Faktor (Code per E-Mail) geschützt; jeder Zugriff auf Hofdaten wird protokolliert. Das Protokoll bewahren wir 3 Jahre auf.For operating the platform, tgo AG staff only see account data (name, e-mail address, creation and modification date, whether farm data exists) and aggregated figures without reference to individual farms (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: operation, abuse prevention, further development). They only see your farm data itself if you switch on “Help from tgo AG” in the app (default: off; can be switched off again at any time). Access to the internal control centre is protected by password and a second factor (code by e-mail); every access to farm data is logged. We keep the log for 3 years.

8. Hofkarte: Geodaten über unseren ServerFarm map: geodata via our server

Die Hofkarte holt Karten, Luftbilder, Bodendaten, Wetter, Feldgrenzen und Satellitenwerte über unseren eigenen Server. Die Dienste sehen deshalb nicht Ihre IP-Adresse, sondern nur die Anfrage unseres Servers. Was hinausgeht, ist auf das Nötige beschränkt; die Antworten speichert unser Server für einige Wochen zwischen (ohne Bezug zu Ihrem Konto), damit dieselben Daten nicht erneut abgefragt werden müssen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (die von Ihnen angeforderte Funktion der App).The farm map fetches maps, aerial images, soil data, weather, field boundaries and satellite values via our own server. The services therefore do not see your IP address, only our server’s request. What leaves is limited to what is necessary; our server caches the answers for a few weeks (without reference to your account) so that the same data does not have to be requested again. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (the app function you requested).

Bei Earth Search und Amazon Web Services liegt der Server in den USA. Übermittelt wird nur ein Kartenrechteck ohne Angaben zu Ihrer Person; für den Empfänger ist es keiner Person zuzuordnen. Wenn Sie das nicht möchten, nutzen Sie die Funktion „Bewuchs“ einfach nicht – alle anderen Funktionen bleiben verfügbar. Luftbilddienste, deren Nutzungsbedingungen noch nicht abschließend geklärt sind, sind abgeschaltet.The Earth Search and Amazon Web Services servers are in the USA. Only a map rectangle without any information about you is transmitted; the recipient cannot attribute it to a person. If you do not want this, simply do not use the “vegetation” function – all other functions remain available. Aerial image services whose terms of use have not yet been finally clarified are switched off.

• Höhenmodell: in Niedersachsen das DGM1 des LGLN (OpenGeoData), sonst Copernicus DEM GLO-30 (über Amazon Web Services, Frankfurt). Unser Server holt ganze Kacheln (ca. 1 km); der Dienst sieht nur die Kachel.Elevation model: in Lower Saxony the LGLN DGM1 (OpenGeoData), elsewhere Copernicus DEM GLO-30 (via Amazon Web Services, Frankfurt). Our server fetches whole tiles (about 1 km); the service only sees the tile.
• Feldgrenzen Niedersachsen, weiterer Bundesländer und Irlands: Schläge bzw. Feldblöcke der Agrarverwaltungen (z. B. SLA Niedersachsen, Bayern, Hessen, Baden-Württemberg; in Irland LPIS des Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine) aus dem Datenspiegel „Fields of The World“ bei Source Cooperative (USA). Unser Server lädt Kacheln von ca. 5–12 km – ohne Bezug zu Ihnen oder Ihrem Konto.Field boundaries Lower Saxony, other German states and Ireland: parcels or field blocks of the agricultural administrations (e.g. SLA Lower Saxony, Bavaria, Hesse, Baden-Württemberg; in Ireland the LPIS of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine) from the “Fields of The World” data mirror at Source Cooperative (USA). Our server loads tiles of about 5–12 km – without reference to you or your account.

Übermittelt wird nur der auf ca. 100 m gerundete Punkt; die Antwort speichern wir höchstens 31 Tage ohne Bezug zu Ihrem Konto.Address for a point: at the push of a button our server asks Photon (komoot GmbH, Germany; data © OpenStreetMap contributors) which address belongs to a map point. Only the point rounded to about 100 m is transmitted; we store the answer for at most 31 days without reference to your account.

9. Bodenprobe anfragen (Hof-App)Requesting soil sampling (farm app)

Wenn Sie in der Hofkarte Flächen auswählen und eine Bodenprobe anfragen, übermitteln wir per E-Mail an die tgo AG (info@tgo.ag): Ihre Konto-E-Mail, Ihren Namen, freiwillig Telefonnummer und Nachricht, das gewählte Paket, Name, Größe, Kultur und Bodenart der Flächen, deren Mittelpunkte (auf ca. 100 m gerundet) und die Feldgrenzen als Anhang, den Richtpreis sowie ggf. den Hinweis, dass Sie Ihren Abnehmer gefragt haben, ob er die Probe bezahlt. Zusätzlich legt der Server einen Eintrag zur Bearbeitung ab, der nach 24 Monaten automatisch gelöscht wird. Zweck ist die Prüfung der Anfrage und ggf. die Vorbereitung eines Auftrags (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Wer zahlt die Probe? Ist Ihr Hof über die Datenbrücke mit einem Abnehmer verbunden, können Sie ihn beim Anfragen fragen, ob er die Bodenprobe bezahlt. Der Abnehmer sieht dann im Firmenbereich nur: Ihren Namen bzw. Betrieb, Zahl und Gesamtfläche der Flächen, das Paket, den Richtpreis, das Datum und Ihre kurze Notiz – keine Feldgrenzen, keine Lage, keine Messwerte. Er sagt zu oder ab; den Stand sehen Sie in der Hof-App. Sagt er ab oder antwortet nicht, prüft die tgo AG ein Programm oder eine Förderung; ohne Zahler findet der Humus-Nachweis nicht statt – Sie zahlen nie drauf. Einen Boden-Check nur für Ihre Düngung können Sie freiwillig selbst buchen (Preis aus der Preisliste). Die Ergebnisse gehören immer Ihnen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (von Ihnen beauftragte Funktion); die Kostenfrage löschen wir mit der Bodenprobe-Anfrage nach 24 Monaten.Who pays for the sample? If your farm is connected to a buyer via the data bridge, you can ask that buyer when sending the request whether it will pay for the soil sampling. The buyer then only sees in the company area: your name or farm, number and total area of the fields, the package, the indicative price, the date and your short note – no field boundaries, no location, no measured values. It accepts or declines; you see the status in the farm app. If it declines or does not answer, tgo AG checks a programme or funding; without a payer the humus proof does not take place – you never pay out of pocket. A soil check just for your fertilising you can book yourself if you wish (list price). The results always belong to you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (a function you instruct); we delete the cost request together with the soil sampling request after 24 months.

10. Humus-Zwilling in der Hof-App: Vorschau, Freischaltung und Wetter (Entwurf)Soil twin in the farm app: preview, unlock and weather (draft)

Entwurf (Stand 29.10.2026) – Freigabe durch die Rechtsberatung steht aus. Der Humus-Zwilling rechnet in Ihrem Browser mit den Daten, die Sie in der Hof-App ohnehin gespeichert haben (Fruchtfolge, letzte Bodenprobe, Maßnahmen, Hektar). In der Vorschau rechnet er nur einen ausgedachten Musterhof mit gespeichertem Wetter – Ihre Daten werden dafür nicht verwendet.Draft (as of 29 Oct 2026) – approval by legal counsel pending. The soil twin calculates in your browser with the data you already store in the farm app (rotation, latest soil sample, measures, hectares). In the preview it only calculates an invented sample farm with stored weather – your data are not used for it.

Löschung nach 24 Monaten.“Request unlock”: your account e-mail, your name, optionally phone number and message and whether you want the soil sampling package are sent by e-mail to tgo AG (info@tgo.ag) and into the tgo control centre (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual request). Deleted after 24 months.
• Echtes Wetter über unseren Server: Nur mit Freischaltung holt unser Server (agricoin.de/konto/wetter.php) Tageswerte des Deutschen Wetterdienstes über Bright Sky (Open-Source-Projekt, Deutschland). Übermittelt wird nur die Lage Ihres Hofes, auf 0,1 Grad gerundet (ca. 10 km) – nicht Ihre IP-Adresse, kein Name, keine Feldgrenzen. Die Antworten speichert unser Server je gerundeter Lage und Monat außerhalb des Web-Verzeichnisses (vergangene Monate bis ca. 13 Monate, aktuelle Tage Stunden bis Tage), ohne Kontobezug. Begrenzung der Abrufe je Stunde nur über einen Prüfwert mit Tages-Salz (keine IP im Klartext). Rechtsgrundlage Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.Real weather via our server: only with an unlock, our server (agricoin.de/konto/wetter.php) fetches daily values of the German Weather Service via Bright Sky (open-source project, Germany). Only the location of your farm is transmitted, rounded to 0.1 degrees (about 10 km) – not your IP address, no name, no field boundaries. Our server caches the answers per rounded location and month outside the web directory (past months up to about 13 months, current days hours to days), without account reference. Requests per hour are limited only via a check value with a daily salt (no IP in clear text). Legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

11. Hof-Onboarding „Lass es uns machen“Farm onboarding “Let us do it”

Wenn Sie die tgo AG bitten, Ihre Hofdaten für Sie einzutragen, können Sie Unterlagen hochladen (z. B. Schlagkartei, Düngeplanung, Laborberichte) und einen Rückruf- oder Terminwunsch angeben. Unterlagen speichern wir nur mit Ihrer Zustimmung, geschützt außerhalb der Website und ausschließlich für das Onboarding (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Beschäftigte der tgo AG sehen sie im Leitstand (zweiter Faktor; jeder Download wird protokolliert). Ihre Hofdaten in der App sehen und bearbeiten sie nur, wenn Sie das zusätzlich freigeben; übernommene Werte sind mit „tgo AG“ als Herkunft gekennzeichnet. Löschung: Unterlagen 90 Tage nach Abschluss, sofort wenn Sie die Anfrage zurückziehen, spätestens 12 Monate nach Eingang; die Angaben zur Anfrage nach 24 Monaten.If you ask tgo AG to enter your farm data for you, you can upload documents (e.g. field records, fertiliser planning, lab reports) and state a call-back or appointment request. We only store documents with your consent, protected outside the website and solely for the onboarding (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). tgo AG staff see them in the control centre (second factor; every download is logged). They only see and edit your farm data in the app if you additionally allow this; values taken over are marked with “tgo AG” as their origin. Deletion: documents 90 days after completion, immediately if you withdraw the request, at the latest 12 months after receipt; the request details after 24 months.

12. Experten-Plattform und ProbenehmerExpert platform and samplers

• Eigenes Profil: Wer sich als Expertin, Experte oder Probenehmer einträgt, entscheidet selbst über die Angaben (z. B. Name, Rolle, Themen, Region, Sprachen, Beschreibung, Vor- und Nachteile, Preise, freiwillig Foto und Telefonnummer). Veröffentlicht wird das Profil erst nach Prüfung durch die tgo AG und nur mit Ihrer Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die Sie jederzeit widerrufen können – das Profil verschwindet dann sofort. Ihr Standort wird nur gerundet gespeichert und nie angezeigt; öffentlich erscheint höchstens eine auf 5 km gerundete Entfernung. Bezahlte Listungen werden gekennzeichnet und beeinflussen die Reihenfolge nicht.Your own profile: anyone who registers as an expert or sampler decides on the details themselves (e.g. name, role, topics, region, languages, description, pros and cons, prices, optionally photo and phone number). Registrierung, Anmeldung, Hof oder Schlag angelegt, Verknüpfung von Höfen angefragt oder bestätigt, Bodenprobe bestellt, Freigaben, Kontolöschung, Vorgänge im Firmenbereich). Zweck: sicherer Betrieb, Schutz vor Missbrauch und Doppelzählung (eine E-Mail-Adresse = ein Hof, Betriebsnummer je Land nur einmal, Prüfung auf überlappende Flächen mit anderen Höfen), Nachweis von Abrechnungen sowie zusammengefasste Auswertungen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren, nachprüfbaren Register), für Abrechnungsbezüge Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO.Draft (as of 3 Nov 2026) – approval by legal counsel pending. For operating the platform, tgo AG keeps an event log (e.g. registration, login, farm or field created, link between farms requested or confirmed, soil sample ordered, releases, account deletion, operations in the company area). Purpose: secure operation, protection against abuse and double counting (one e-mail address = one farm, farm number only once per country, check for fields overlapping with other farms), proof of billing and aggregated evaluations. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, verifiable registry), for billing references Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Wird ein Konto gelöscht, geschieht das sofort. Einträge mit Abrechnungsbezug (Land, Hof- bzw. Firmen-Nummer, Produkt, Zahlung) bewahren wir pseudonymisiert bis zu 10 Jahre auf (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO). 16. Datenbrücke: Produkt-Fußabdruck an Abnehmer sendenData bridge: sending the product footprint to buyers

In der Hof-App („Meine Produkte & Abnehmer“) können Landwirtinnen und Landwirte den Klima-Fußabdruck einzelner Produkte an einen Abnehmer senden, den sie selbst auswählen (Einladungscode, QR-Code oder Verzeichnis). Übertragen werden nur die Angaben, die vor dem Senden aufgelistet sind (Produkt, Jahr, Menge, Fußabdruck mit Aufschlüsselung, Ausgangslage, Maßnahmen, Entnahmen, Boden, Datenqualität, die Eingaben zu dieser Kultur und der angegebene Lieferantenname) – nicht die übrigen Hofdaten und nicht die E-Mail-Adresse. Rechtsgrundlage ist die Einwilligung des Hofs (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die jederzeit für die Zukunft widerrufen werden kann; danach gehen keine neuen Daten an den Abnehmer.In the farm app (“My products & buyers”) farmers can send the climate footprint of individual products to a buyer they choose themselves (invitation code, QR code or directory). Only the items listed before sending are transferred (product, year, quantity, footprint with breakdown, baseline, measures, removals, soil, data quality, the inputs for this crop and the supplier name entered) – not the other farm data and not the e-mail address. The legal basis is the farm’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future; after that no new data goes to the buyer.

Jede gesendete Version wird mit Zeitstempel und Prüfsumme unveränderlich gespeichert. It remains with the buyer as a record, even after withdrawal or deletion of the farm account, and is deleted automatically after 10 years. The legal basis for this retention is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: the buyer must be able to substantiate its supply-chain and climate information towards auditors, customers and authorities; a record changed after the fact would be worthless. Whatever the buyer has exported itself is then the buyer’s own responsibility. If a buyer deletes its company account, all data received by it is deleted.

Our server caches the answers outside the web directory (no personal reference).

Kartendienste von Dritten (Luftbild, Feldgrenzen, Wetter, Adresssuche, Satellitenbilder) lädt sie erst, wenn Sie „Luftbild laden“ antippen und damit einwilligen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO; gilt für diesen Browser, Widerruf jederzeit im Fuß der App).
